What success looks like in this role :

Creation of design documents and Solution Architecture diagrams based on :

• Information gathered through an In-country UC Consultant
• Determined by existing defined reference

Propose design alternatives with Pros and Cons to the customer

Strong knowledge of gateways and good awareness of deployment limitation in certain scenarios

Configure gateways, analog gateways based on approved designs

Design and confiure Skype for Business / Lync dial plans

Awareness of Exchange Unified Messaging for Customer sites

Provide feedback to PM, Practice Lead, and other team members to increase customer satisfaction and improve the practice as a whole
