Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Quality to lead and elevate our interior finishing standards across all projects. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, deep technical knowledge of materials and finishes, and a passion for delivering flawless luxury Finishing and interiors.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Leadership
- Define and implement quality benchmarks for all Civil and interior finishing works across Ultra Luxury projects
- Lead a team of quality engineers and site inspectors to ensure adherence to company’s premium standards
- Establish SOPs and quality control systems for material inspection, installation, and final handover
Material & Workmanship Oversight
Approve and audit all incoming materials (wood, stone, metal, fabrics, etc.) for compliance with design and durability standardsEnsure flawless execution of finishing works : paint, polish, veneer, joinery, tiling, soft furnishings, and lightingConduct regular site inspections and snag audits to identify and rectify deviationsVendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to align quality expectations from concept to completionEvaluate and onboard finishing vendors and artisans based on quality performanceResolve on-site quality issues swiftly without compromising timelines or aestheticsDocumentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed quality reports, checklists, and NCR logsPresent quality dashboards and risk assessments to senior leadershipDrive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action plansKey Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred15+ years of experience in quality control for high-end residential or hospitality finishing & interiorsStrong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and installation techniquesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple sitesExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
