OS1 offers a suite of cutting-edge logistics solutions, and this role is specifically for TransportOne, our advanced Transportation Management System (TMS). TransportOne streamlines freight operations with four core capabilities : load planning, procurement, freight execution, and billing. It optimizes FTL and LTL movements, reducing costs through automation and seamless carrier integration. Designed for scalability, TransportOne enhances efficiency, visibility, and control over transportation workflows.

What you will do :

• Create comprehensive PRDs and user stories that clearly communicate product requirements, acceptance criteria, and business value.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to build a world class TMS.
• Conduct thorough user acceptance testing and solicit customer feedback to validate solutions
• Analyze product usage metrics and user behavior patterns to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on data-driven insights and business impact
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand market demands and gather voice-of-customer feedback.
• Drive continuous product improvement through regular retrospectives and iteration cycles.
