IS&T Program Manager This role is part of the PMO organization, delivering high-value program and project management across a complex landscape of 300+ applications and 800+ integrations. You will support a team of Project Managers and operate at a program level – coordinating multiple interrelated projects, maintaining an integrated master schedule, and ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. The IS&T PMO manages the development and implementation of company services involving departmental and cross-functional teams across multiple projects and workstreams.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple interrelated projects within a single program, from initiation through closure.
- Provide program-level leadership for complex IT application and infrastructure initiatives.
- Establish and enforce program management principles, processes, and artifacts across workstreams.
- Create and maintain an integrated master schedule using Microsoft Project, including critical path analysis and resource leveling.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with detailed tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Direct and balance resources across concurrent projects, resolving conflicts and surfacing bottlenecks.
- Orchestrate cross-project dependencies, risks, and interlocks across 300+ applications and 800+ integrations.
- Collect and report on program metrics (schedule, cost, risk, resource health) to stakeholders and executives.
- Lead program communications (stand-ups, reviews, stakeholder briefings) and maintain artifacts in SharePoint.
- Maintain execution logs (RAID logs, meeting minutes) and ensure transparency with sponsors and leadership. Experience / Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT program and project management, with a proven track record managing large portfolios of interrelated projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence;
assertive communicator who takes ownership.
Comfortable commanding authority, influencing across levels, and driving accountability.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.Experience working with distributed teams across time zones in shared-resource models.Proficiency in Microsoft Project for program scheduling;familiarity with Planview, Jira, and SharePoint.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and financial management skills.Hands-on experience with data migration projects : mapping, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation.Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBiz), Oracle HCM, or similar.Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, ESB / Integration Hubs, and SaaS delivery models.Experience with change / release management and awareness of IT security and compliance (e.G., SOX, GDPR, CMMC).Certifications such as PMP, ACP or equivalent are desirable ;experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies (e.G., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
