Sales Manager - Diamond Jewellery

Job descriptionDevelop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market share Build and manage relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in the Diamond Jewellery segment Strong understanding of domestic jewellery market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to lead and motivate a sales team Experience with lab-grown diamonds is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
