Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager, located in Chennai. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing customer queries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with various departments to resolve issues, and managing customer feedback. Additionally, the role will involve analysing customer needs, suggesting appropriate solutions, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
• Experience with CRM software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
