About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team at Daten Technology Solution . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology hiring landscape and experience sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions (sourcing to onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical fit.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
Required Skills and Experience
1–4 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services or product-based hiring preferred).
Strong understanding of various technology roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
