Objectives of this role
- Meet weekly / monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's services and find gaps in the customer's lives wherein the company's services fit
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
Responsibilities
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversationsMaintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queriesStick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job roleUpdate customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new productsBe aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executiveLiaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaintsRequired skills and qualifications
High school diplomaPrior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar roleFluency in EnglishAdept knowledge of working with MS OfficeGreat communication skills, both verbal and writtenPreferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a similar disciplineProven record of meeting sales targetsOutstanding negotiation and time management skillsBudget : 15k per month, fixed.
