Roles and Responsibilities :
Consultant Marketing :
- Market a diverse range of candidates to top-tier vendors, partners, and clients.
- Efficiently utilize various job portals and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
- Submit quality resumes to relevant job openings and manage the follow-up process diligently.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients seamlessly.
Relationship Management :
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.Provide continuous support and feedback to consultants for their performance and career growth.Ensure clear communication with consultants regarding roles, responsibilities, and client expectations.Negotiation & Onboarding :
Skilfully negotiate pay rates with vendors and clients, prioritizing competitive compensation for consultants.Facilitate offer negotiations, streamline onboarding procedures, and handle compliance documentation efficiently.Ensure the timely submission of essential documents for smooth onboarding processes.Reporting & Pipeline Building :
Manage an active consultant pipeline and upcoming availabilities effectively.Generate insightful reports on submissions, interviews, placements, and client feedback.Track key performance metrics like interview-to-submission ratio, placement rate, and revenue impact.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.Proficiency in US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
