Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in selling IT services across cutting-edge cloud-native technologies, including Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships, particularly within the GCC (Global Capability Centers) sector in India.

Experience : 10-15 Years

Location : Bangalore

Mode of Work : Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our IT services portfolio.
  • Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets of $3M-$4M, managing a mix of new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Identify, establish, and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders at GCC entities in India.
  • Business Development : Create and execute customer mapping and outreach plans to penetrate new markets and identify sales opportunities.
  • Market Leadership : Serve as a subject matter expert on our services, preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications and Required Skills :

  • A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5-6 years in a direct sales and pre-sales role within the IT services industry.
  • A strong background in selling technology solutions related to Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling to GCC entities in India is highly preferred.
  • A track record of managing and achieving significant sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills.
