Own end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuring they meet scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients or business stakeholders regarding delivery status, risks, and issues.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and product owners to plan and execute delivery roadmaps.
- Implement delivery best practices, governance standards, and process improvements.
- Monitor team performance and track KPIs to ensure delivery excellence.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes across multiple projects or programs.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Support contract management, budgeting, and resource planning activities.
- Drive Agile / Scrum or Waterfall practices depending on the project Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in IT project or program delivery roles, including at least 2 years in a Delivery Manager or similar leadership position.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent software or digital delivery initiatives.
