Position Title : Field Sales Officer (FSO) – Advertising & Marketing
Work Location : Pan India (Multiple Locations Available)
Industry : Advertising | Field Sales | Marketing | BFSI Product Promotions
Experience Required : 1 to 3 years in Field Sales, Direct Marketing, or Business Development
Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation : Competitive Base Salary + Lucrative Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Reimbursements
Role Overview :
As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for executing targeted sales strategies, enhancing product visibility, and delivering tangible business outcomes through on-ground promotional activities. You will directly interact with customers, promote BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) products, and contribute significantly to Spixar’s national expansion drive.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Acquisition & Revenue Generation
Identify and approach potential customers through field activities and direct marketing channels.
Drive the sales of BFSI and digital financial products, including loans, credit cards, insurance policies, and investment products.
Achieve and surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic field engagement.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build, develop, and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Conduct detailed product presentations, consultations, and personalized demonstrations to educate clients.
Resolve customer queries, objections, and concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels and brand loyalty.
3. On-Ground Marketing Campaign Execution
Organize and implement localized marketing activities such as roadshows, kiosks, exhibitions, and promotional drives in targeted locations.
Act as a brand ambassador for Spixar Technologies Solutions at community events, expos, and activations.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Collect and analyze data on customer preferences, competitor offerings, and emerging market trends.
Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to optimize marketing strategies and product positioning.
5. Team Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely under the guidance of Assistant Managers and Sales Managers to align field activities with broader business goals.
Prepare and submit structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for performance tracking and decision-making support.
Eligibility Criteria :
Experience : Minimum 1–3 years in Field Sales, Direct Customer Acquisition, or Business Development
Educational Qualification : Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Technical Skills :
Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of BFSI products preferred (Training will be provided)
Proficient in using basic mobile applications for reporting and communication
