Front Office Executive

We are hiring a Front Office Executive for our client’s corporate office in Chembur (Logistics & Shipping sector) .Key Responsibilities :

• Manage front desk operations and visitor handling
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and client coordination
• Maintain office records, couriers, and correspondence
• Support administrative and HR coordination as required
• Ensure a professional and welcoming reception areaRequirements :
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must reside nearby – Chembur, Govandi, Sion, Matunga, or Kurla
• Punctual, presentable, and reliableSalary Range : ₹30,000 per month / Based on ExperienceWork Schedule : Monday to Saturday (Day shift)
