Role Overview
Buffalo Extraction Systems (BES), a global leader in supercritical CO₂, cryogenic ethanol, and cold-water extraction technologies, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive its next phase of growth. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can manage digital agencies, optimize inbound performance, ensure seamless marketing operations, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
- SEO : Manage external SEO agency; review and approve content, meta information, and technical recommendations; ensure website ranking and visibility improvements.
- Website Management : Oversee website performance and updates with the agency; plan and execute new page additions aligned with product launches and SEO goals.
- HubSpot CRM : Manage inbound lead flow, automate lead assignment to the sales team, run drip and nurturing campaigns, and monitor performance metrics.
- Data & Analytics : Analyze data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Search Console to identify traffic patterns, lead sources, and optimization opportunities.
- Social Media : Coordinate with the social media agency and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, technically accurate, and engaging content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
- Performance Marketing : Manage paid marketing agencies; monitor campaign performance; measure ROI; and generate reports on conversion efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
2. Marketing Management
Exhibition & Expo Planning : Oversee the complete exhibition cycle — from research and booking to coordination, on-ground planning, and pre- / post-event marketing.Collateral Management : Manage creative assets, brochures, and technical literature by coordinating with internal teams and agencies; ensure brand consistency across materials.Campaign Planning : Develop integrated marketing calendars that align exhibitions, digital campaigns, and collateral rollouts; ensure collaboration between design, project, and technical teams.3. Marketing Operations
Manage vendor onboarding, payments, and compliance with finance processes.Oversee the marketing technology stack — HubSpot, analytics tools, AI automation platforms, and paid ad dashboards.Prepare performance reports proactively and ensure marketing dashboards remain up-to-date.Maintain the company’s LOOP planning pages and contribute to structured marketing documentation.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.6 to 9 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B industrial, technology, or manufacturing sectors.Strong proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Proven ability to manage multiple agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.Core Competencies
