Job descriptionNative or fluent proficiency in Bengali (written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluent English , both written and spoken. Deep understanding of the digital landscape, cultural nuances, and key influencers in West Bengal. Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or influencer management is an advantage. Confident use of remote work tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, communication platforms, etc.). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Motivated by performance and professional growth. Full-time remote position. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead the launch and development of affiliate operations in India , with a primary focus on the Bengali-speaking market (region of West Bengal / Kolkata) .
This is a key role for a motivated professional who is ready to build strong partnerships with influencers, content creators, and digital agencies, and contribute to the long-term growth of a new market.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and develop the affiliate program in the Indian market, specifically targeting the Bengali-speaking audience .
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates, influencers, YouTubers, and marketing partners within this region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.
- Provide marketing guidance and optimization strategies to partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on regional brand development initiatives.
