Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter – Engineering to support full-cycle recruiting for mechanical, electrical, automotive, manufacturing, and hardware engineering roles. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience hiring for US-based engineering positions.

Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and qualify Engineering candidates (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Hardware, Robotics, etc.)

Manage full recruitment lifecycle : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and Boolean searches to identify top talent

Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements

Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles

Conduct initial technical screening and assess candidate job fit

Coordinate interviews and provide seamless candidate experience

Qualifications :

1–3+ years of engineering / technical recruiting experience (US market preferred)

Strong knowledge of engineering job families (design, R&D, validation, simulation, controls, systems, etc.)

Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and niche engineering platforms

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
