Contribution of sales in value & volume achievement as per target :
- Drive sales in the segments owned and deliver targeted top lines as per the agreed business plan.
- Ensure targeted sales volumes at approved price levels, seek necessary approvals for any deviations.
Drive sales through direct mediums (online & offline) :
Service enquiries of prospective customers acquired through events, exhibitions, customer referrals, digital marketing etc.Channel Partner Management :
Maintain & expand our database of channel partners by increasing the depth of the database.Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non - performing ones to drive increased salesKey Requirements :
Proven track record in Sourcing and Closing residential real estate transactionsStrong understanding of the Mumbai Suburban market is highly preferredCandidate must demonstrate overall stability and long-term association in previous rolesPreferred Profile :
