Key Responsibilities :

Contribution of sales in value & volume achievement as per target :

  • Drive sales in the segments owned and deliver targeted top lines as per the agreed business plan.
  • Ensure targeted sales volumes at approved price levels, seek necessary approvals for any deviations.

Drive sales through direct mediums (online & offline) :

  • Service enquiries of prospective customers acquired through events, exhibitions, customer referrals, digital marketing etc.
  • Channel Partner Management :

  • Maintain & expand our database of channel partners by increasing the depth of the database.
  • Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non - performing ones to drive increased sales
  • Key Requirements :

  • Proven track record in Sourcing and Closing residential real estate transactions
  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai Suburban market is highly preferred
  • Candidate must demonstrate overall stability and long-term association in previous roles
  • Preferred Profile :

  • 5–7 years of experience in residential real estate sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Location : Chembur, Mumbai
