Job Title : Oracle HCM Integration Support

Location : Remote

Work Hours : India hours with a required overlap for US Central Time collaboration.

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and development for our client's Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. You will play a critical part in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and functionality of key HCM technical components, including integrations, reports, and data processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM integrations and data feeds.
• Design and build Dashboards and OTBI analyses to meet business reporting needs.
• Perform data conversion and migration activities using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with functional teams, clients, and other technical staff to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
