Purpose of the role :
The OTC Lead (part of GPL organization) will be responsible for providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight to the Commercial Foundation projects that aim to strengthen the Order to Cash processes across all Routes to Market (RTMs) . This role ensures that global OTC standards, principles, and policies are consistently applied, focusing on simplification, standardization, compliance, and process excellence across regions / markets.
The role will ensure that all foundational initiatives align with the overall OTC vision, commercial priorities, and enterprise-wide governance framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end leadership and governance over OTC foundation projects within the Commercial foundation program
- Define and uphold the global OTC process vision, principles, and design standards , ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.
- Oversee process simplification and standardization initiatives across OTC processes ensuring coverage across Routes to Market
- Lead the Design decisions and prepare for Design Authority Board (DAB)
- Facilitate decision-making sessions and progress reviews
- Ensure that process and policy improvements align with global compliance, controls, and audit frameworks
- Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables (process maps, policies, control frameworks)
- Enable collaboration between GBO, markets, and functional stakeholders on the projects to ensure alignment
- Ensure integration of OTC design principles with upstream and downstream (Finance, Supply Chain, Master data) processes.
- Provide oversight and direction to multiple foundation projects focused on policy, controls, and process standardization.
- Ensure project interdependencies are managed and that milestones align with transformation timeline.
- Partner with external Consultants, Business SMEs, Business Analysts and Service delivery to guide design choices and prioritization
- Support change management activities by providing clear direction, decision-making, and guidance on process adoption.
Skills & Experience
10–15 years of progressive experience in Order to Cash , Commercial Operations , or Process Transformation rolesDeep understanding of end-to-end OTC processes (including Order mgmt., Credit, Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application, and Claims / Deductions)Demonstrated ability to lead cross-market process standardization and policy harmonization initiativesStrong understanding of compliance, control frameworks, and commercial governanceExperience managing complex global stakeholder networks and transformation programsExcellent communication, facilitation, and executive influencing skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilityIf interested do share cv to manasa.a@twsol.com
