Tech Stack : Dotnet 4.7 and above, MVC, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, WCF, LINQ, ODBC and other drivers for database connectivity.

Experience in Payment Systems domain.
Knowledge about payment processes like Authorization and Settlement / Reconciliation of Credit / Debit Cards, Giftcards etc.
Knowledge about handling of customer disputes and chargebacks

Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand As-Is business processes like Settlement, Authorization, Chargeback etc., related to Payment Card Industry
- Work with team members, JCP business decision makers and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals and to identify and help resolve business systems issues with Credit Service Portal (CSP) and other web application used by Payments Backoffice Team and Business Clients.
- Provide guidance and assign tasks to Associate Engineer(s).
- Brainstorming and coordinating with participating teams within JCP and outside vendors(acquirers).
- Design, build and deploy new features and / or enhancements to existing backoffice web applications.
- Document all high-level functional and technical requirements for payments backoffice web applications.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth testing (System, Integration and UAT testing), including end-user reviews, for modified and new features in Payment web applications.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users(Backoffice and Business clients) as well as Application Support team for all modified and new features.
- Implementation and warranty support.
