Job Summary : Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to implement them effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Onboarding :
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and new hire orientation.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct HR orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and benefits.
  • Employee Relations :
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and conducting investigations as needed.
  • Support management in implementing disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
  • Compliance :
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to government agencies as required.
  • Offboarding :
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final settlements, and ensuring the return of company property.
  • Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce turnover.
  • HR Policy and Procedures :
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Communicate and enforce HR policies across the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Any bachelor's degree, Preferably degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
