Key Responsibilities :
- Email Outreach : Send personalized emails to potential leads to introduce our products / services and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification : Assess leads based on engagement, interest level, and fit for our offerings.
- Follow-ups & Nurturing : Maintain consistent communication with qualified accounts through email, providing relevant information and updates.
- CRM Management : Keep track of all email communications, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaboration with Account Management : Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, sharing necessary details for a seamless transition.
- Target Achievement : Meet weekly / monthly targets for lead engagement, qualification, and handovers.
- Market & Competitor Research : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in inside sales, email outreach, or lead generation .Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive approach.Ability to craft compelling email sequences to drive engagement.Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation platforms.Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.Benefits
