Key Responsibilities :

  • Email Outreach : Send personalized emails to potential leads to introduce our products / services and generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification : Assess leads based on engagement, interest level, and fit for our offerings.
  • Follow-ups & Nurturing : Maintain consistent communication with qualified accounts through email, providing relevant information and updates.
  • CRM Management : Keep track of all email communications, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration with Account Management : Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, sharing necessary details for a seamless transition.
  • Target Achievement : Meet weekly / monthly targets for lead engagement, qualification, and handovers.
  • Market & Competitor Research : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, email outreach, or lead generation .
  • Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to craft compelling email sequences to drive engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation platforms.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.

No formal qualifications required - we're looking for individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn. On-field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
