Job descriptionTo handle all room reservations over digital media (Telephonic, WhatsApp etc.) for the CompanyTo understand and pass on the Company’s accommodation policy on reservations and cancellationsTo lead the team of Central Reservation Executives and monitor their performanceTo raise and close any concerns raised by the customers during their stayTo handle reservations of Villa & Hotel categories of the Company offeringsTo assist in listing new properties on different OTAsTo handle external systems like channel manager, web booking engines, OTA extranets etcTo conduct pricing analytics on regular basis for each business location and suggest price rangesTo perform competitive analysis for each location and suggest modifications in our listingsConduct regular meetings with the property managers as a part of quality checkMonitor and maintain inventory management process and the execution of the sameCoordinate with other departments to maintain sync between all the members of a propertyMonitor and guide the ground staff for regular check-ups on repair & maintenance issuesImplement the Company policies at the ground level to create a conducive work environmentOperate and guide other employees for Point-of-Sale (POS) system for F&B ordersTo create daily MIS reports and submit them to the reporting managerPerform property management at central level
