Senior Data Analyst (Remote - India)

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting market research projects within a dynamic healthcare and pharmaceutical context. You will analyze complex datasets, both primary and secondary, to provide actionable insights that drive client decision-making on distribution, pricing, access, and product strategy. The role involves collaborating with global teams, translating research findings into clear recommendations, and presenting results to internal stakeholders and clients. You will contribute to the design of research methodologies, ensure data quality and integrity, and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to shape strategic outcomes. Accountabilities :

• Support client projects and market research initiatives, maintaining alignment with client goals
• Define and implement market research methodologies to address client questions and objectives
• Serve as the content expert for assigned projects, managing key workstreams and day-to-day deliverables
• Conduct desk-based research using internal and external sources to inform findings
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop actionable recommendations
• Contribute to internal and client meetings, preparing presentations and deliverables
• Synthesize insights from primary and secondary research to support strategic decision-making
• Provide guidance on research approaches and project direction in collaboration with project leads
