Alluring Monks is growing fast. We are building a team of experts who understand the full picture of brand growth — not just ads, but strategy, content, and community.

We are looking for a Performance Manager who can create, manage, and scale campaigns that deliver real business results. Someone who knows how to build and grow brands through a mix of performance marketing, content strategy, and social media growth.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency handling multiple clients

Proven expertise in Meta and Google Ads , including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling

Strong experience working with Shopify for e-commerce brands in India and international markets

Deep understanding of ad strategy, funnel creation, and ROI-focused marketing

Experience in growing social media accounts through organic and paid strategies

Ability to collaborate with creative teams on content strategy and ad creatives that perform

Knowledge of SEO and website traffic growth to complement paid performance

Comfort with analytics tools , performance dashboards, and pixel tracking

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

What the role includes

Planning and executing Meta and Google ad campaigns for multiple e-commerce brands

Building ad funnels that drive conversions, sales, and consistent ROI

Working with content and design teams to create high-performing ad visuals and copies

Managing social media account growth and ensuring alignment between organic and paid activities

Analyzing audience behavior, identifying insights, and improving ad performance every week

Running experiments to test creatives, placements, and audience types

Building integrated campaigns that connect ads, content, and brand storytelling

Delivering reports that explain not just numbers, but what those numbers mean for growth

Managing multiple client accounts and deadlines with discipline and creativity

What we expect

You understand that growth doesn't come from boosting posts.

It comes from strategy, storytelling, and consistent optimization.

You can look at a campaign, understand what's working, and know how to fix what's not.

You know how to grow social media accounts, create strong ad strategies, and turn audiences into customers.

You can manage pressure, multiple clients, and tight schedules while maintaining quality.

Salary

₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on experience and results delivered.

This is a remote position .
