Job Description

Deliver technical support for Oracle Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules, ensuring smooth operations and accurate calculation logic.

Key Responsibilities

Support WFC module configurations, processes, and integrations.

Develop complex Fast Formulas for compensation calculations.

Manage Benefits configurations, life event triggers, collapsing rules.

Ensure ACA reporting compliance.

Provide rotational / on-call support.

Required Skills

4–5 years experience in WFC & Benefits.

Strong Fast Formula expertise.

Integration knowledge between WFC and HR systems.
