Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance with HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with personnel information.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRIS systems).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Education
