Job description

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain test equipment (bench instruments and / or ATE systems). 30%
  • Support validation and characterization activities by preparing setups and monitoring tests. -25%
  • Perform soldering and rework on PCBs as needed. 15%
  • Collaborate with global teams (Malaysia, US, and China) to ensure smooth equipment usage and issue resolution. - 10%
  • Assist with tester debugging and maintenance tasks under guidance. - 10%
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of lab processes and test setups. -10%

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor / validation / test lab environment.

    • Desired Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of bench equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, SMUs, DMMs, LCR meters, etc.) and / or ATE systems.
  • Experience in PCB handling, soldering, and rework.
  • Familiarity with ESD and lab safety protocols.
