Key Responsibilities :
Client & Project Acquisition
Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for
IT development ,
AI integration ,
mobile apps ,
SaaS platforms , and
cloud transformation projects .
Collaborate with the IM24x7 pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Manage relationships, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into long-term clients.
Talent & Resource Collaboration
Partner with recruiters, staffing firms, and HR professionals to source
pre-vetted engineers
and
specialized IT talent
for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Align with clients’ tech requirements (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, DevOps, QA, etc.) and ensure smooth coordination until onboarding.
Maintain regular communication with HR and Delivery teams for status updates.
Strategic Partnership Development
Build regional and industry-specific networks (IT, FinTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.).
Represent IM24x7 Delta Solutions on digital platforms, LinkedIn, and events to expand the business footprint.
Drive co-branding or collaboration opportunities with local IT consultants and talent agencies.
Requirements : Strong background in
IT Sales / Business Development / Recruitment / Vendor Partnership .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Understanding of software project life cycles and technical terms.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with target-oriented execution.
Prior experience in international client acquisition or resource staffing is a plus.
