We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Global Procurement Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with Global Procurement Change and Innovation to define, assess and understand requirements aligned to the strategic outcomes of project.
• Supporting the definition of high-level requirements for any programme of work
• Support requirements life cycle management / solution design.
• Support the programme management with impact assessment for change requests.
• Responsibility for documenting detailed requirements.
• Always acts in the HSBC's best interests and willing to openly discuss potentially difficult topics
• Work closely with project team and delivery stakeholders to ensure smooth change delivery.
• Support of Change Management activities such as early change planning and audience analysis through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g., communications, training, support, organization alignment).
• Establish relationships with key project stakeholders.
• Creation of end-to-end process maps supporting requirements
• Other supporting activities within the Programme as required
• Analyst role is heavily business focused, it is not an IT role.
• Follow HSBC Change Framework within the project.
• Acts as a role model to create and maintain a collaborative team environment which supports and encourages the professionalism and development of our teams.
• An ambassador for the Project Execution brand.
• Understand procurement data, perform analytics and understand how it flows within Procurement systems.
