Project Manager Technical Lead

We're looking for a motivated Tech Project Manager to join our team at Japam in Mohali.

In this role, you'll lead a cross-functional tech team and ensure projects run smoothly from initial planning through deployment. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in tech project management, strong leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and manage technology projects from start to finish — creating detailed roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead and mentor tech team (development, testing, and design), fostering collaboration, accountability, and motivation.
• Identify and fix loopholes or process inefficiencies, proactively mitigating risks and troubleshooting issues to keep projects on track.
• Oversee product testing and quality assurance (QA) — coordinate with testing teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain clear project documentation and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stages.
• Drive team coordination and motivation, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
