Role- AMS Junior Developer

Location- Mumbai

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Required Skills & Experience :

Provide L2 / L3 support for application incidents and service requests.

Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and code deployments.

Collaborate with functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.

experience in application support or development.

Proficiency in Java / .NET or relevant technologies.

Basic understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
