Job Title : Kissflow Developer (3–5 years of Experience)

Location : Hyderabad

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Kissflow Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain workflow-driven business applications on the Kissflow platform. You will translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions, implement integrations, and provide ongoing support for deployments and production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy applications, forms, and workflows using Kissflow.
  • Implement process logic, including conditional routing, approvals, SLAs, validations, notifications, and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • Customize client-side scripting using JavaScript / TypeScript and build reusable components as needed.
  • Model data structures, manage roles / permissions, and ensure security configurations.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve workflow and integration issues; provide Level 2 / 3 support.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams throughout requirements gathering, testing, and release cycles.
  • Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Participate in design reviews, configuration audits, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Manage multiple applications across test and production environments.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on project status and system performance.

Required Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of direct experience developing solutions on the Kissflow platform.
  • Deep understanding of BPM concepts, workflow design, and the entire process lifecycle.
  • Practical experience with Kissflow app builder, workflow designer, forms, and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to integrate systems via REST APIs, webhooks, or middleware solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for client-side scripting and custom logic.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL), data formats like JSON / XML, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills; previous production support experience.
  • Effective communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Kissflow certification or demonstrable project implementation experience.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes for low-code / okatting platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with familiarity with identity and integration patterns.
  • Exposure to RPA, other low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, Appian), or process mining tools.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Over 2 years of experience within Capital Markets or Banking sectors.
