Role Overview

We’re looking for a Gen AI Engineer who is passionate about developing, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced generative AI systems. You’ll work closely with our product, data, and engineering teams to enhance our proprietary LLM capabilities and build intelligent applications around it.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of research, applied AI engineering, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and multimodal AI models for domain-specific applications.
• Design and implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge grounding pipelines.
• Collaborate with backend and ML teams to integrate GenAI models into production systems.
• Experiment with open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Falcon, etc.) and evaluate them for internal use cases.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference.
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and embedding frameworks.
• Monitor and improve model performance, scalability, and latency in live environments.
• Contribute to AI safety, compliance , and ethical model usage frameworks.
