Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Manufacturing domain and deep understanding of SAP modules & processes . The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, map processes, and drive solution delivery across SAP and data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business teams to gather requirements, prepare BRDs, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate data, prepare documentation, conduct testing, and support UAT.

Map business processes to SAP processes and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Define solutions for Data Analytics, Reporting, and AI-based insights .

Prepare detailed presentations and process flows, ensuring alignment with SAP structure and business needs.

Support SAP ERP processes across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S / 4HANA, Ariba, CFIN , etc.

Understand data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries for validations and analysis.

Ensure successful delivery of solution components with strong ownership and accountability.

Work in Agile environments following Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles.

Demonstrate strong business process acumen and ability to connect processes to data architecture.

Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues across projects and workflows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing domain (Mandatory).

Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP modules : SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI , and additional experience with S / 4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN .

Strong understanding of Data Modeling, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience delivering solution design, documentation, and implementation support.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Experience in defining analytical and AI-driven solutions.

Strong presentation and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
