Netcore Cloud is a global, AI-powered customer engagement and experience platform that helps B2C brands drive revenue, retention, and personalized experiences across channels, with email as a core growth lever.
What you will do
- Design full-funnel email and lifecycle strategies that drive conversions, retention, repeat revenue, and ROAS for enterprise customers across verticals.
- Run strategic audits (segments, journeys, cadence, templates, triggers, hygiene) and redesign onboarding-to-win-back flows backed by data and best practices.
- Champion innovation with AMP, dynamic content, and AI-powered segmentation and journeys, closely partnering with Deliverability to turn inboxing insights into business actions.
- Lead workshops and CXO presentations on email excellence, lifecycle design, and innovation, and create reusable frameworks, templates, benchmarks, and GTM decks.
- Enable internal teams (CSM, Sales, Email Ops) with strategic narratives, help rescue at-risk ac nocounts, and support retention and expansion motions.
What you will work on daily
Review performance (opens, clicks, CTOR, conversions, domain health) and translate insights into clear strategy recommendations and experiments.Conduct weekly account audits on segmentation logic, journey flows, and send patterns to spot early warning signals and propose quick fixes.Build and document vertical-wise playbooks, winning strategies, and new use-cases like AMP carts, AI segments, and predictive journeys.Collaborate with Deliverability, Product, CSM, and Sales to align on growth roadmaps and help position email strategy in key pitches and renewals.What you bring
7+ years in #EmailMarketing, CRM, Lifecycle, Martech, or Growth, with strong hands-on experience in journeys, triggers, segmentation, and analytics.Multi-vertical exposure; E-commerce and Retail experience preferred, with a solid understanding of email deliverability fundamentals.Ability to think like a consultant, simplify complex funnels, and tie every recommendation to revenue, retention, or clear business outcomes.Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging CXO-level stakeholders.Nice to have
