Job Responsibilities :

• Accountable for all the Instrumentation & Electrical related activities of ETO Packages / Projects of NASH Pune Division.
• Responsible for handling all the post order activities related to Instrumentation & Electrical activities of Oil & Gas / Chemical Power segment projects of NASH division.
• Responsible for detailed study of clients specification / project specifications job specific requirements process datasheets PFD PID API specification etc. and implement the same during the project execution.
• Preparation of Technical RFQ / MR / PR based on the technical offer customer specification based on the system requirement & releasing to the purchase department for obtaining the offers. Review of supplier technical offer post order documents & providing necessary approval for procurement & manufacturing.
• Handing the post order activities which include PID preparation I / O List preparation Instrument data sheet preparation Logic Diagram Preparation System control Philosophy preparation Motor data sheet preparation Load list preparation Wiring Diagram preparation Hook up drawing preparation Cable try layout preparation etc. & getting necessary approval from the customer
• Attending the Hazop / SIL study PLC / DCS FAT etc. during the project execution & getting necessary approval from the customer.
• Implementation of best engineering practices during the designing & manufacturing
• Visiting to customer & Supplier place for technical discussion for concluding the issues during the project execution and inspection related activities
• Supporting internal QC / Manufacturing team during the package testing resolving technical issues during execution and testing& getting necessary dispatch Clearances.
• Monitors and supervise construction or installation activities (related to Electrical & Instrumentation activities) on behalf of the company / customer and determines labor requirements.
• Support all the other functions like Sales Application Projects Marketing Operations QA / QC Service & Product development.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities & support on i2V engineer related activities.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless engineering and Design integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and best practices.
• Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
