Reporting Time : 09 : 30 AM till 11 : 00 AM Round 1 - Aptitude Assessment (10 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM) Round 2 - Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12 : 30 PM to 04 : 00 PM) Note - Post 11 : 30 AM (entry not allowed) Job Location : Bangalore Qualification : (Only these graduates are eligible for Interview) B.COM / BBA / BBM Shifts : Flexible Experience : 1 to 2 Years Designation : Senior Process Executive Notice Period : Immediate Joiners only Handle day-to-day order management activities with accuracy and timeliness. Review and validate order details, update systems, and ensure all transactions are processed correctly. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues. Respond to customer or client queries through email or chat in a clear and professional manner. Keep clients informed about order status, delays, or any required clarifications. Maintain a polite, customer-focused approach in every interaction. Update and maintain trackers, logs, and reports related to case management. Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date for internal reviews. Work closely with other departments and support to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Escalate challenges while being proactive to the SME or Team Lead with relevant details for quick resolution. Follow process guidelines, SLAs, and compliance standards. Ensure accuracy in data entry and transaction handling. Participate in process audits or reviews when required. Be open to learning new tools, processes, and systems used in digital supply chain management. Take feedback positively and contribute to improving team performance. 1-2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or back-office operations. Graduates with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Basic understanding of ERP tools or supply chain systems (SAP experience is a plus). Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital supply chain domain. Strong sense of accountability and ownership. Ability to stay calm and efficient in high-volume situations. Commitment to maintaining professionalism in client interactions. Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
