What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment for startup and product-based clients across India.
- Source and screen candidates through , Naukri, and other job portals.
- Engage with candidates to assess their interest, skills, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer discussions with clients.
- Maintain candidate data and reports using internal tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and client managers on hiring projects.
- Learn and contribute to employer branding, referral programs, and talent mapping initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment / HR / operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong interest in startups, hiring, and people growth .Self-motivated, curious learner, and ready to take ownership.Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.Why Join TagLynk
