About Us

AdverAim is a healthcare marketing agency dedicated to helping hospitals, clinics, and doctors expand their practices through strategic marketing solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team and play a crucial role in client outreach and lead generation.

Position : Telecaller (Full-Time)

Location : Remote (Work-from-Home)

Working Hours : 10 AM – 7 PM IST

Salary : ₹7,000 base + Performance Bonuses

Job Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential leads to introduce AdverAim’s healthcare marketing services
  • Schedule appointments for clinics and doctors
  • Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to optimize conversions
  • Maintain and update client interactions in the CRM system
  • Understand client requirements and schedule sales calls for the team

Requirements

  • Stable Wi-Fi connection and a laptop / computer for work
  • A distraction-free workspace for effective communication
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in client interactions
