Role Description This is a full-time hybrid internship role based in Dubai or Ahmedabad. The Investor Relations Intern will assist the global Investor Relations team in maintaining effective communication with investors and supporting capital-raising initiatives across Troy’s 2026 global investor events.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting investor research and outreach, performing financial analysis, preparing detailed reports, managing investor data, and supporting event logistics. While the role is primarily office-based, periodic remote work is available.
Performance Expectations & KPIs
- Minimum of 8 verified investor introduction calls or outreach meetings per week (virtual or in-person).
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records for all investor contacts, introductions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly investor engagement summaries, including new leads, active discussions, and pending follow-ups.
- Support coordination and documentation of investor participation across Troy’s 2026 global events.
- Actively network and engage at investor events to expand Troy’s investor community.
Performance will be reviewed weekly with the supervising Partner or IR Manager, with ongoing mentorship to develop communication skills and measurable investor engagement outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CFA Level 1+ preferred).1–3 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Capital Introductions.Demonstrated exposure to or network within Family Offices, Institutional Investors, or UHNW / HNI clients.Strong financial modelling, analytical, and research skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Gujarati an advantage).Highly professional, confident, and comfortable networking and socializing in investor and client environments.Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally to support investor dinners, conferences, and partner meetings.Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.What We Offer
