This involves helping them generate engaging, high-quality user-generated content that brings significant business value to Bazaarvoice's clients. Your main goal will be to transform the ratings & reviews experience by enabling consumers to create compelling, high-quality user-generated content, thereby driving business value for Bazaarvoice's clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of our end customers, internal business teams, and development teams, and then launch scalable solutions across all our product lines to meet those requirements.How you’ll make an impact : Defining a strategy and creating a 1-2 year roadmap for your assigned areas.Knowing the pulse of the market and field including sales, implementation teams and your customers. Incorporate the feedback into the roadmap as appropriate.Serve as an advocate for your product area in discussions with clients.Execute on the roadmap by making meaningful (sometimes difficult) prioritization decisions focussed on highest impact.Partner with Marketing and Sales to perform competitive analysis, develop product positioning and messaging, and pricing to meet revenue and profitability goalsThe must have skills that matter : Lead Product Discovery and Early Adopter Programs to ensure product success and build iterativelyInterpret high level business and product requirements and create feature requirements, user stories and relevant product backlog items.Own the build-out of the capability, market-testing, validation, go-to-market, success narrative and further enhancements and Product release.Work with the technical service teams and product knowledge team to build internal training and documentation.Communicating across teams to ensure consistent backlog alignment; Ensuring that all engineering teams within your purview have everything they need to size, accept and execute on work.Serving as a liaison with management, engineering, and stakeholders to provide regular updates on product development and operations.10+ years’ prior experience in product managementA proven track record of successfully managing and launching products, preferably in a similar industry or domainStrong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's goalsAbility to prioritize product features and make strategic decisions to drive business growthSolid understanding of the technical aspects of product development to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and make informed decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate a product vision to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.Ability to conduct market research, interview customers, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for product innovationComfortability to analyze data and make decisions based on data insights by defining key product metrics, tracking performance, and using data to drive product improvements and optimizationsDesired Criteria : Previous experience in e-commerce or social media domains.Proven experience in developing and launching user-facing features within mobile or web video creation, editing, or social media platforms, with a focus on improving content quality or engagement using AI / technical acumen to effectively evaluate build / buy / partner decisions for complex video processing, moderation, or quality control in multinational product development experience collaborating with clients’ product and engineering teams.Why You’ll Love Working with Us?Work with cutting-edge tech in an innovative, collaborative environment.Competitive salary + good benefits (insurance, annual leave, bonuses, referral rewards, and more).We’re Great Place to Work Certified (3 years in a row!).Hybrid work model (3 days in office – Global Technology Park, Bellandur). #LI-DNIWhy join Bazaarvoice?Customer is keyWe see our own success through our customers’ outcomes.
