Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed requirement gathering and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prepare requirement specifications, process flow diagrams, and wireframes using visualization tools.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams throughout the sprint lifecycle.
Ensure smooth communication with client stakeholders, articulating requirements clearly in written and verbal forms.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Support UI / UX teams by reviewing designs and providing usability suggestions.
Conduct user testing and manage UAT activities.
Prepare business documentation, conduct user training, and support product go-live activities.
Travel to client locations for short durations (1–10 weeks) as needed.

Payment Lifecycle from Origination to Settlement (B2B / B2C)
Middle and Back-office impacts (GL, Treasury, FX Exposure)
Key Responsibilities
Lead structured requirement workshops with pre-analysis and planned Q&A sessions.
Define and prioritize product roadmaps in alignment with strategic goals.
Document epics, features, and user stories using tools like JIRA, Aha!, and Azure DevOps.
Create business process diagrams, mind maps, and wireframes using MIRO, draw.io, Visio, or Figma.
Collaborate with UI / UX teams to improve usability and guide interface design.
Partner with technology teams to design, test, and implement payment solutions.
Analyze payment workflows and identify process optimization opportunities.
Conduct research on emerging payment technologies, fraud risks, and compliance standards.
Generate reports and dashboards to track payment KPIs and business metrics.
