Senior Consultant – Client Servicing

Role Summary

The Senior Consultant on the Investment Operations Outsourcing (IOO) SME / BA team is a strategic business analyst and subject matter expert responsible for leading the transformation of client reporting platforms, with a strong emphasis on CORIC-to-Kurtosys migration . This role combines deep domain knowledge of IOO processes with hands-on experience in business analysis, data architecture, and stakeholder engagement. The consultant will also play a key role in training team members , identifying data gaps , and representing Northern Trust in vendor discussions .

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Documentation

• Lead the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications for reporting and data transformation initiatives.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis, data mapping, and workflow assessments to support platform migrations and enhancements.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements for development and configuration teams.

CORIC & Kurtosys Expertise

Training & Knowledge Sharing

Data Gap Identification & Remediation

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

Participate in client onboarding and new instance testing , ensuring readiness and quality
