Requirements :

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
• Able to work hand in hand with the U.S. Product Owner and drive delivery with the technical team in India.
• Expected to be hands-on and act as a backup for the U.S. Product Owner when required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and ensuring project continuity across geographies
