Job Summary :

We're on the lookout for a highly creative and hands-on Marketing Executive with a passion for visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content creation from designing striking visuals to producing trending reels. You will be the creative engine behind our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality reels, videos, and motion graphics for social media, campaigns, and product promotions

Own the creative content pipeline across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with visually engaging content that resonates with our audience

Design compelling marketing collateral-both print and digital-including banners, brochures, emailers, and web assets

Collaborate with brand and product teams to translate business goals into powerful visual campaigns

Stay on top of trends in video formats, design aesthetics, and content performance analytics

Manage and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal themes

Optimise videos for SEO and engagement, including thumbnails, subtitles, and hooks

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field

2-4 years of professional experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools

Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, layout, and color theory

Proficiency in Instagram Reels, Stories, and other short-form content trends

Portfolio demonstrating creative work in video and visual design (must include reels)

Strong communication and project management skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Experience with photography or art direction

Basic animation and motion graphics capabilities

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Buffer)
