Job descriptionTo supervise civil works such as Layout, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc. Execution & Planning of all the site civil work Ensuring the quality of construction &Materials Project work scheduling and maintaining the project Deadlines Bill checking / bill certification Coordination with Engineers / Sub Contractors / Surveyors Ensuring Quality, Environment and Safety Monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc. Responsible for achieve the target with time schedule. Carrying out works as per technical specifications specified in BOQ. Structure, concrete work & Drawings Planning , Monitoring Progress Co-ordinating with senior engineers and clients Updating clients regarding the work done. Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
