Project Description :

This project focuses on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through outbound and inbound telesales in the insurance sector. The role involves engaging with potential customers to promote and sell insurance products (life, health, or general), understanding client needs, and offering the most suitable policy options to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for insurance products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and policy terms in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Handle customer queries and follow up on renewals or cross-selling opportunities.
