Our platform combines behavioral analytics, AI-driven learning paths, and contextual coaching inside tools people already use — Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, GitHub, etc.

We help organisations cut wasted L&D spend and boost employee productivity by turning everyday work data into actionable growth insights.

We’re currently in the pilot stage , with 30+ organisations in the pipeline and several already onboarded.

We’re moving fast — but we need strong technical leadership to :

Standardise code quality, reviews, and architecture.

Align backend, frontend, and AI pods.

Ship stable, secure, scalable code on time.

Build a professional development culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role : you’ll code, review, architect, and mentor while helping shape the foundation of an AI SaaS product used by global teams.

What you'll do :

Take complete ownership of architecture, code quality, and delivery discipline .

Define coding standards, folder structure, and branching strategy.

Set up CI / CD pipelines, linting, and review processes.

Review and approve all major PRs before merging to main.

Work closely with backend (NodeJS), frontend (ReactJS), and AI pods (Python / OpenAI).

Coordinate with Product Manager to turn specs into crisp, deliverable sprints.

Convert functional ideas into technical PRDs and integration plans .

Create reusable architecture for org onboarding, skill journeys, and analytics dashboards.

Conduct weekly reviews, retros, and sprint demos.

Mentor interns and junior devs — make them industry-ready.

You're a great fit if you :

Have 6–10 yrs experience building and scaling B2B SaaS / AI products.

Love clean code, proper architecture, and mentoring others.

Can say “no” when something’s half-baked — but also help fix it.

Understand backend architecture deeply but can talk design / UI logic too.

Have set up CI / CD, code reviews, or DevOps flows before.

Thrive in chaos but bring order without bureaucracy.

Can translate founder vision into technical roadmap.
