Middleware Integration & Guest Personalization Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Developer / Technical Consultant to lead the development of a middleware-based integration platform and a web-based Guest Personalization Software for a hospitality group. The role involves building system integrations, automation workflows, and a lightweight internal application used across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop a middleware integration layer connecting PMS / CRS (Hotsoft), EMR (Ayurlive / TouchQ), Tally Prime, and banking APIs.

Automate reservation-to-accounting workflows, including invoice posting, GST / tax mapping, and real-time payment reconciliation.

Integrate banking systems (Axis / HDFC / SBI or similar) to enable automated payment confirmations and alerts.

Build PMS ↔️ EMR synchronization for guest details, treatment data, dietary notes, and Ayurveda billing.

Develop a web-based Guest Personalization Software with a centralized guest profile, departmental comments, repeat guest recognition, and pre-arrival email notifications.

Implement dashboards, reporting layers, and real-time notification systems for operational and financial visibility.

Ensure secure multi-user authentication, access control, audit logs, and scalable cloud-hosted deployment.

Collaborate with internal teams to finalize data mapping, Tally ledger structure, and operational workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in API integration, middleware development, and system connectivity.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime APIs, financial system integrations, or accounting workflow automation.

Background in integrating PMS / CRS systems, EMR / healthcare systems, or hospitality-tech platforms (preferred).

Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java (any modern framework).

Experience with building secure and scalable web applications (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).

Strong understanding of databases, data synchronization, and error-handling mechanisms.

Experience with email / SMS / WhatsApp automation and event-based triggers is a plus.

Ability to work independently, understand business workflows, and convert them into functional system logic.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who has previously built middleware connectors between business systems.

Familiarity with hospitality, healthcare, or financial integrations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create structured, reliable automation flows.

Comfortable working with limited documentation and reverse-engineering data formats when required.
